From Jamalpur to Day One

From 102 kg to Taking Control

Growing up in the small village of Jamalpur in Punjab, Randhawa swung from being the weakest kid to hitting 102 kg on a 172 cm frame. That rock-bottom moment—junk food, breathless after a few seconds of running, but still in love with sweets and chai—became the point where he decided to walk into the gym and finally change everything.

Finding Purpose Between Reps

From First Transformation to First Clients

In 2016, Randhawa turned his first serious transformation and entry into bodybuilding into the start of his profession, proving his methods on his own body before anyone else. While working long hours as a transport broker in Ludhiana, he spent his time on the gym floor helping everyday people lose weight and get stronger—without giving up the home-cooked meals they loved.

Tea, Textbooks and Heavy Iron

From Student of the Game to Execution Specialist

Between endless cups of chai, part-time gym shifts, and running the family transport business, Randhawa doubled down on studying training and nutrition at a Delhi academy and under mentors from India and Canada. Today he is a certified coach and execution specialist, using both science and years of personal experimentation to help people get leaner and stronger while still enjoying real food like idli, rice, dal and potatoes.

With over six years of on-floor coaching experience with athletes and lifestyle clients, Randhawa has seen firsthand how smart resistance training and precise execution transform bodies and health. Since 2020, he has taken that same detail-focused approach online, using deep nutrition work and execution-driven training sessions to build muscle, improve body composition, and unlock all the benefits of lifting—from higher metabolism and better heart health to stronger bones and fewer injuries.
