Coach Randhawa grew up in a small village in Punjab, battling both being underweight and later hitting 102 kg before committing to his first serious transformation in 2016. With years of on-floor experience, formal education in fitness and nutrition, and mentorship from top Indian and Canadian coaches, he now specialises in hypertrophy, execution-focused training, and sustainable nutrition that fits real Indian lifestyles. Today he helps clients across India and abroad build strong, healthy bodies without giving up their favourite home-cooked meals.
